A creative evening was held in the Regional Library named after N.K. Krupskaya dedicated to the memory of Gennady Pavlovich Donkovtsev, which was prepared by the Eurasia charity foundation. Gennady Pavlovich would have turned 75 today.
The guests of honor were members of his family.
A surprise for those gathered to honor the memory of the People’s Mayor of Orenburg was the performance of the Orenburg Chamber Choir (artistic director: Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation, Professor Olga Serebriyskaya), which was created thanks to Gennady Donkovtsev.
One of the main things in his life can be called the Orenburg Book Publishing House, which has been operating for a quarter of a century. This evening the publishing house presented the guests with book novelties.
