Unusually warm meeting has taken place during rehearsal of the Orenburg chamber chorus with the French guests traveling around Russia yesterday.

As old kind friends were welcomed by actors of those with whom have managed to get acquainted and make friends during the trips on the "Music on the Nacreous Coast" Festival which traditionally takes place in Normandy and where our Orenburg chamber chorus under control of Olga Serebriyskaya repeatedly had honor to represent our country.

Guests from France also became the first listeners of the most difficult program preparing performed by chorus: F. Schubert's masses and Cantata "Moscow" of P. Tchaikovsky.

The French friends promised to visit a concert which will take place in Normandy within the International festival "Music on the Nacreous Coast" in July of this year where voices of our actors will join sounding of the all-European chorus again!

At the end of rehearsal the Chamber chorus has presented to the friends performance of the song "Lengthways on Petersburg"
