On March 24 a concert of the Orenburg chamber chorus will take place
On March 24 at 16:00 in Regional museum of Fine Arts a concert of the Orenburg municipal chamber chorus under the leadership of Olga Serebriyskaya will take place.
Performed by musicians Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Sergey Rachmaninov, Vasily Kalinnikov's choral works, Sergey Taneeva, Vissariona Shebalina will sound.
The leader-soloist of collective Galina Serebriyskaya will execute Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Sergey Rachmaninov's piano works.
Concert in transposition for chorus will come to the end with performance of the famous romances and songs.
The Orenburg municipal chamber chorus has been created in 1993 at the initiative of the graduate of the Ural state conservatory and postgraduate studies (Yekaterinburg), the honored worker of arts of the Russian Federation, the corresponding member of Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and arts, twice the Winner of the Governor's award "Orenburg Lira", professor of department of choral conducting of the Orenburg state institute of arts of a name L. And M. Rostropovichey Olgi Serebriyskoy.
As a part of chorus of 30 professional musicians. The leader-soloist is Galina Serebriyskaya, the honored worker of culture of Russia, the associate professor of a piano of OGII of L. and M. Rostropovichey. Chorus – the winner of four International choral competitions.
In the biography of collective there was also a collaboration with the most great musician of the present Mstislav Rostropovich: statement of the opera of Dmitry Shostakovich "Lady Macbeth" in Moscow and execution of work of Sofya Gubaidulina "the Anthem to the Sun" in Spain and Italy - 8 concerts. The chorus actively cooperated in programs with People's artists of the USSR, soloists of Mariinsky and Big theaters Lyudmila Filatova and Vladimir Matorin, the honored artist of Russia Vladimir Miller, soloists of the Center of opera singing of Galina Vishnevskaya – Oksana Korniyevskaya and Pavel Paremuzov, soloists "Helicon" - operas, and also with composers Yury Falik, Yakov Dubravin, David Tukhmanov, Igor Kornelyuk, Iraida Yusupova, Sergey Ekimov.
