The history of a festival has begun in 2005 when the outstanding musician Boris Tevlin has conceived to take muster of choral forces of Russia. The creative ideas of the maestro have returned interest of listeners in this art form.

"The main task of a festival – educational. To acquaint as the bigger number of listeners, fans of choral music, with the newest performing receptions and collectives is possible", – the artistic director of a festival Alexander Solovyov explains.
The program of a festival of this year is devoted to the 85 anniversary since the birth of its founder and to anniversary of the Moscow conservatory of P. I. Tchaikovsky.
